By subscribing to Fast Link Finder cable TV and internet services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Fast Link Finder provides residential cable television and high-speed fiber internet services. Channel availability, speeds, and features are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Monthly service fees are billed in advance. Payment is due within 15 days of the billing date. Late payments may result in service interruption. We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers.
Equipment provided by Fast Link Finder remains our property. You are responsible for reasonable care of all equipment. Lost or damaged equipment may result in replacement charges.
You agree not to resell our services, use them for unlawful purposes, or exceed reasonable usage as defined in our Fair Use Policy. We reserve the right to terminate service for violation of these terms.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for outages caused by circumstances beyond our control including weather, equipment failures, or third-party network issues.
You may cancel service at any time by calling (800) 000-0000. Fast Link Finder reserves the right to terminate service for non-payment or violation of these terms.
